Canopy Containment Air Technology.

Using the latest energy-efficient air containment technology, a Sirius canopy can help lay the foundations for a healthy, productive and prosperous business. Our canopies incorporate CCA (Canopy Containment Air) technology to minimise heat spillages from the hood, reduce exhaust air flow rates and enhance capture efficiency along the front edge of the canopy.

Canopy Containment

Our canopies incorporate CCA (Canopy Containment Air) technology to minimise heat spillages from the hood, reduce exhaust air flow rates and enhance capture efficiency along the front edge of the canopy.

By directing high-pressure low-volume air into the hood itself, we can create negative pressure along the front lower edge of the canopy. This pressure change guides the rising cooking plume into the canopy and towards our high efficiency grease filters, stopping the spread of impurities and heat across the workplace.

 Key Facts:

  • Available in a wide range of standard and non-standard sizes.
  • Enhanced capture efficiency prevents the spread of contaminants, cooking fumes and convective heat across the workplace.
  • High-efficiency 3-chamber NVX grease filters remove grease before it enters the ductwork.
  • Low-energy fluorescent triphosphor lamps included as standard.
  • Fully-removable light fitting to facilitate safe maintenance access.
  • Able to accommodate variable or uneven ceiling heights without obstructing the supply air plenums.
